INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Linnette uses DHL as the international shipping provider and rates are calculated based on address and country. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Linnette is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless otherwise stated or purchased during checkout 

RETURNS 

All exchanges and returns must be postmarked or returned in-store within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. Customer must have proof of purchase and items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached. Exchanges or returns will be refused if items show signs of use.  


EXCEPTIONS 

No returns or exchanges on the following items: 

  • Item(s) listed and/or advertised as “Limited Edition(s)” 
  • Item (s) purchased on “SALE” 
  • Item(s) that have been used 
  • Item(s) that are not in original packaging 
  • Item(s) that are personalized, hot stamped or monogrammed
  • Item(s) purchased to enter a giveaway or contest

For defective or damaged products, we reserve the right to inspect the item and determine whether the item is eligible for an exchange. 


IN-STORE EXCHANGES /RETURNS  

For orders placed on our website, it is possible to exchange/return your purchase at our Miami showroom (link to contact us address).  


SHIPPING EXCHANGE/RETURNS  

Please email customer service at service@shoplinnette.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Print the e-mail with the RMA number and place it in a shipping box with proof of purchase and the items being exchanged/returned.

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
