What is the best way to care for my bag?

✤Avoid overloading your bag. 

✤Avoid rubbing against abrasive materials.

✤Shield from humid, light and heat. 

✤Avoid contact with liquids and solvents

✤ Store your bag in it’s dust bag when not in use. Stand upright or lay down flat in box. 

✤Use a damp soft cloth to wipe off any smudges. 

✤Professionally clean when necessary

Is there warranty on my bag?

We guarantee the quality of our bags and will make complimentary repairs as needed. Bags will be inspected by our team and the issues will be assessed on a case by case basis.

How to I make a return?

We hope you love your LINNETTE purchase, but if you change your mind, we accept the return of any unworn, unaltered accessory within 15 days of delivery. *Holiday Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery for all items purchased in December.
